Don't blame me for this story, blame Reuters:
Spending hours on a cell phone each day may affect the quality of a man’s sperm, preliminary research suggests. In a study of 361 men seen at their infertility clinic, researchers at the Cleveland Clinic found an association between the patients’ cell phone use and their sperm quality.
On average, the more hours the men spent on their cell phones each day, the lower their sperm count and the greater their percentage of abnormal sperm. The findings were published in the journal Fertility and Sterility, and add to questions about the potential health effects of cell phones and other wireless devices.
The concern is that, over time, the electromagnetic energy emitted from mobile phones could theoretically harm body tissue — by damaging DNA, for example.
Correlation, however, is not causation. It is completely possible that poor sperm quality results in higher cell phone use. Like if you don't have anything better to do, and your body doesn't do what it should, instead you talk on the phone.
Not sure what that means for all the women I see in my local community with phones glued to their ears as they drive their big SUVs. At a minimum I presume it means risk of pregnancy decreases and probability of car crashes increases.

I would think that this could be due to having the cellphone in your front pocket on "standby"...far closer to those little spermatozoons than the head.
In a related story, a japanese study found no link with cellphone use and brain cancer.
