An ex-boyfriend who was an ex-convict has been charged with Nailah's murder.
I wish that I could have met her and talked about our attraction to "bad boys". I am divorcing my career criminal and it could have been me. These men will say all the right things to your lonely ears. It is difficult for African-American women to meet and marry a truly committed and dedicated brother. My past in the world led me to my decision but it is not my today. I am so so sorry about Nailah because my story and voice could have saved her. God bless!
